Moose’s Seasonings is located in the heart of the “Pennsylvania Wilds” in north central Pennsylvania, USA, near the home of the only free roaming Elk herd east of the Mississippi River. The business thrives on camp nostalgia, wildlife, and fresh herbs and spices and is designed to help busy cooks at home or in the wilds.

My wife and I have always enjoyed cooking but the art of seasoning was usually my job.  (She said I had a knack for putting the right seasonings in the meals to make them taste great.)   This eventually led to crafting blended spices for fish, beef, soups and all that you see listed. So it is with the encouragement of my family, friends and neighbors that Moose’s Seasonings blends are offered for public pleasure and enjoyment.

Our goal is to demystify seasoning and to simplify cooking.  Although our seasonings are blended for specific culinary choices such as beef, poultry, fish, pork and wild game, they are very versatile and can also be used as rubs, in marinades, soups, sauces, salads, dips, omelets, sausage patties, breads and as coating for snacks.

These rich, full bodied blends enliven your foods with zest and robust flavor through the use of many natural spices while reducing or eliminating the salt and sugar content.  These spices are processed without preservatives or MSG.  Whether it is breakfast, lunch, dinner or snacks, Moose’s Seasonings has what you need to make your food delectable.
